Rebates
​
If you have a Mental Health Care Plan, you will be entitled to a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions in a calendar year. You will receive a rebate of $124.50 off the fees outlined above, provided your condition meets Medicare's criteria for rebates.
Cancellations
If you must cancel or postpone your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible so that others in urgent need may take up your scheduled time. We will send you a text or phone you prior to your appointment and ask you to confirm your attendance.
